Returns Policy - Geographical Norway

At Geographical Norway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that you may change your mind or experience problems with the products you have ordered. This returns policy is designed to inform you about returns procedures, applicable conditions and your rights as a customer.

Terms and conditions of return

To be eligible for a return, please note the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with all labels intact and without signs of use or damage.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, ensuring that they are properly protected during transport.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

  • Only one return is accepted per order. If you wish to return several items from the same order, they must be grouped together in a single package and processed in a single returns request, even if the reasons are different. Any additional return requests for the same order will be refused.

 

  • If the above conditions are not met (product worn, damaged, soiled or without labels), 50% of the amount will be deducted from the refund or voucher, and no exchange will be granted.

Return procedure

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit our returns portal: https: //www.geographicalnorway.com/a/return

  2. Follow the steps to make your return request.

  3. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging, ensuring that it is protected during transport.

  4. Send the returned product to a relay point of your choice.

Important: returns via Mondial Relay, Chronopost or GLS only
Returns must be made exclusively via Mondial Relay, Chronopost or GLS using the label provided by our customer service department. Please adhere strictly to the following rules:

  • Maximum weight: 30 kg

  • Maximum dimensions: length 120 cm and width (L+H+W) 150 cm

  • Sturdy packaging: a closed, sturdy package that protects the product properly.

  • Clear labelling: only one visible return label, no other stickers

  • Drop-off: only at a Mondial Relay or GLS approved Point Relais.

Any returns not complying with these conditions may be refused or incur additional charges. In this case, a flat-rate penalty of €10 may be applied, in addition to the return costs.

Please note: once the return label has been generated, you have a maximum of thirty (30) days to deliver the package to the carrier. After this period, the label will be automatically cancelled and the return refused. No further returns will be accepted for this order.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will proceed with the refund or exchange in accordance with our returns policy.

Refunds and exchanges

We offer the following options for returns:

Exchanges (change of size, color, etc.):
Exchanges are free of charge, regardless of your country of delivery. No return fees will be charged.

Refunds (change of mind, wrong size, etc.):
If you prefer a refund for a reason not attributable to a defect or error on our part, return postage will be deducted automatically from the refunded amount.

Restrictions for certain countries

For the following countries, exchanges and vouchers are not available.
Only refunds are possible.

Countries concerned:
Greece (GR), Ireland (IE), United Kingdom (UK), Bulgaria (BG), Romania (RO), Andorra (AD), Gibraltar (GI), Liechtenstein (LI), Norway (NO), San Marino (SM), Switzerland (CH), Turkey (TR), Malta (MT).


Mixed return: defective product and other items
If your parcel contains both a defective item and one or more items returned for another reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the return costs will be applied, since the return is not entirely related to a defect.
To avoid being charged return costs, you can request a refund for the defective product and an exchange or voucher for the other items. In this case, return postage will be free of charge.

Refund or exchange (manufacturing defect or error on our part):
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, product error, or any other problem resulting from our responsibility, no charge will be applied, and we will also cover the initial delivery costs.

Voucher option:

If you choose to receive a gift voucher instead of a refund, the return postage will be free and an additional €10 will be added to your gift card.
It will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Once the return is closed and the voucher issued, it can no longer be converted into a refund.
Any request to convert a voucher into a refund must be made before the return is closed.

In the case of reimbursement by bank transfer, this will be carried out within a minimum of ten (10) working days from the date of approval of the return.

Exceptions to Returns

Please note that certain exceptions may apply to returns, in particular for :

  • products on sale

  • customized products

  • specially ordered products
